but the time has come. I regret to inform you that this is the end. I have decided to go on hiatus.

I’ve gained a few new followers recently and I’d like to say thank you for taking interest in my blog but I’m leaving. I’m not deleting my blog so please enjoy backtracking/my archive.

Due to the stress and demands of HSC and the addicting nature of Tumblr I’m getting Nicola to change my account password so I will no long be able to log on.

Since June 2010 I’ve made so many friends here. I’d be lying if I said Tumblr hasn’t affected my life in a huge way.

But remember. Hiatus is only temporary. I’ll be back. I’ve put too much into this blog not to be. You can’t just throw an attachment like that away.

Some of you may remember this post I made last month. The exam has passed and I finished off the story (making up the ending during the exam) and I just got it back (It got a mark of 22/25 which for Ext 1 English it pretty awesome) so I decided to type it up so if anyone is interested they can read it.

A few things you should know; because we’re doing a genre study (and this is HSC = serious business) I couldn’t just write any old crime fiction story. It had to include themes appropriate to the genre such as justice, truth, the role of the detective, how women are portrayed in crime fiction and etc. Also the task itself had certain requirements. I got the idea from both Veronica Mars and BBC’s Sherlock. So here it is;
